Key Responsibilities:
- Checking & Analysing of Contractor bills
- Bar bending schedule
- Making BOQ of projects
- Quantity survey
- Estimating and costing
- Quality check
- Measurement of Item at site
- Joint measurement with contractor onsite
- Quantity analysis of Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Interior Work
Requirements:
-B-Tech Graduate is preferable
-Min 3-5 years of proven experience as a Billing engineer in residential construction segment
-Excellent in Auto cad and MS office skills.
