We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products and services over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone.
- Promote financial products such as loans, investments, and other financial services.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and pricing.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or financial sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.( ENGLISH)
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
