Position:- Assistant Teacher

Position Overview:-
The Assistant Teacher will work closely with therapists, special educators, and psychologists to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that promotes each child's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist teachers and therapists in conducting educational and therapeutic activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children during sessions and classroom activities.
- Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom resources.
- Monitor children's participation, behavior, and progress and report observations to the team.
- Support children during transitions, play activities, meals, and other daily routines.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage children's independence, confidence, and active participation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, preferably children with special needs, will be given preference.
- Patient, caring, and child-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
