Admin & Accounts Executive – Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
* Maintain and organize accounting documents, invoices, agreements, purchase orders, and records.
* Handle filing, documentation, and administrative support for the accounts department.
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, consultants, and internal departments for routine follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing payment requests and maintaining payment records.
* Support petty cash management and employee reimbursement documentation.
* Maintain employee records and provide payroll input support.
* Assist in data entry, report preparation, audit documentation, and statutory record maintenance.
* Ensure timely collection and filing of financial and compliance-related documents.
* Support the accounts team in day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.
* Perform any other admin and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
