Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Door-to-Door Marketing)
Location: Bihar, Tamil Nadu & Maharashtra
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience, age, and qualification)
Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals for a Field Marketing Executive role. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services through direct, door-to-door marketing and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door marketing activities in assigned areas
- Promote and explain company products/services to potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Maintain records of visits and sales activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 to 35 years (flexible based on experience)
- Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass (higher qualification preferred)
- Good communication skills in local language
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field
- Prior experience in marketing/sales is an advantage (freshers can also apply)
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of sales techniques
