We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Explain company services including:
- GST Registration & Filing
- Company Registration
- Income Tax Filing
- MSME Registration
- Accounting & Compliance Services
- Business Licenses & Legal Services
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client database and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.
- Support digital marketing and lead conversion activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
Eligibility CriteriaQualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, banking, finance, insurance, or service industry will have added advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Confidence in client interaction and presentation
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Professional attitude and team coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate from commerce or business background preferred
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, or company registration services is an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi preferred
