Role Overview
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and credit notes.
· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
· Maintain day-to-day accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual data and assist in preparing MIS reports, Ageing Reports of Materials and services.
· Support monthly/annual closing processes.
Taxation & Compliance
· Ensure timely payments of GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.
· Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
· Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments.
· Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems.
· Support ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
· 1–4 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
· knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Strong knowledge Proficiency in MS Excel (PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Google Sheets and accounting software (Tally ERP).
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with BRS and invoicing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
