We are looking for a Sales & E-commerce Executive to join our team.
Handle incoming WhatsApp leads and convert them into confirmed orders. Reply to customer inquiries professionally and provide product details. Follow up with customers to increase sales. Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Update inventory, sales, and order reports in Microsoft Excel. Process and manage orders from e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order fulfillment. Ensure stock availability and update product listings when required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
