Business Development Engineer (BDE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Engineer to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the Electrical Control Panel Board segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, developing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets across industrial, commercial, OEM, contractor, consultant, and end-user segments.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Electrical Panel Board market.
- Generate enquiries for PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC Automation, AMF, Synchronizing, and Distribution Panels.
- Develop business with OEMs, Consultants, Contractors, Builders, Industries, and End Users.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Sales & Marketing
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team for technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide technical support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and projects.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments for smooth project execution.
- Support order execution and payment collection activities.
- Ensure timely submission of project-related documents.

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience may also apply.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3 to 8 years experience in Electrical Panel Board Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, Automation Panels, and Industrial Electrical Products preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 1 years of experience in Electrical Panel Board Sales
✔ Strong technical and commercial understanding of control panels
