Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Projects to oversee day-to-day execution activities at commercial interior fitout project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising contractors and manpower, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project schedules, and supporting successful project completion and handover.
The candidate should have strong technical understanding of interior fitout execution, including civil, carpentry, furniture installation, electrical coordination, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
- Manage and supervise daily site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Teams, Vendors, Contractors, and Client Representatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of turnkey interior fitout works from site mobilization to final handover.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, material availability, and workflow at site.
- Ensure activities are executed according to planned schedules and milestones.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Inspect workmanship and ensure execution meets company quality standards.
- Verify materials received at site as per approved specifications and BOQ.
- Identify site issues, deviations, and execution challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and site regulations.
Technical Coordination
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other services integration.
- Supervise installation of:
- Modular furniture & custom furniture
- Partitions & wall paneling
- False ceiling works
- Flooring & finishes
- Glass, hardware, and fixtures
- Interior civil and finishing works
Project Completion & Handover
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work tracking records.
- Coordinate snag identification and closure activities.
- Ensure timely completion of punch-list items before client handover.
- Support documentation preparation including completion reports and handover records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate qualification in Civil, Interior, Construction, or related field preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in commercial interior fitout project execution.
- Hands-on experience in managing turnkey interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution processes and finishing standards.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQ interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
