Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing hospitality team. The selected candidates will be responsible for business development, corporate sales, digital marketing, membership sales, and brand promotion for our Hotels & Resorts.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate business from corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and event planners.
* Promote hotel rooms, banquets, weddings, conferences, and resort packages.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Promote and sell Privilege Cards and drive membership enrollments.
* Coordinate Privilege Card distribution and maintain membership records.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
* Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Organize promotional events, roadshows, and brand activation activities.
* Prepare daily sales reports and marketing performance reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
* Hospitality experience will be preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of Digital Marketing, MS Office, and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel for business development.
