Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
- Create and coordinate content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Understanding of content marketing and email marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation strategies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
