We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with 10–12 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI. You will design, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions using ML, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solutions for production.
- Build data pipelines, ML models, LLM applications, APIs, and RAG-based systems.
- Deploy, optimize, and monitor AI applications with strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
- Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and AI system controls.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture and technical decisions.
- Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of software engineering experience with ML/AI expertise.
- Strong Python (preferred) or Java/Node.js backend development.
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama), RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, observability, and production AI deployment.
