Position:Production & Quality Head
Location: Mumbai
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and operations-focused Facility Head to oversee dishwashing and facility operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams, and a hands-on approach to operations, quality, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end facility operations, including production planning, shift management, and daily workflow execution.
Supervise and optimize operations in a fast-paced environment while resolving operational challenges efficiently.
Conduct regular quality and hygiene checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a workforce of 50+ employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Set team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to improve productivity and accountability.
Develop and implement SOPs while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain and operational efficiency.
Maintain strong client communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze key operational metrics such as labor costs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, hygiene standards, and legal compliance requirements.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics/service providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality, or manufacturing. Experience in manufacturing plants and production-driven environments.
Exposure to production planning, capacity planning
Strong operational planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience leading large teams in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to implement processes and improve operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Additional Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred.
Fluency in the local language is mandatory.(Hindi, English)
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long hours and handling operational activities.
Flexible to work rotational shifts and extended hours when required.
