Excellent knowledge and experience of teaching and content development of Hindi subject for Grades 3-8 in schools affiliated to various boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board(s)).
Ability to develop learner content with respect to the consumer level.
Must-Have
Master’s Degree preferably in Hindi from reputed Institutes.

Roles And Responsibilities
1. Create content by identifying grade and subject wise topics from scratch for Hindi subject for digital quiz, courses, simulations with reference to textbooks of CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, various State boards etc. and documenting them in a storyboard/Standard Content Creation tool.
2. Creating grade- and subject-appropriate, plagiarism free, cartridge appropriate, accurate questions and options (including correct and incorrect options) mapping to learning objectives in a storyboard (Word document)/standard content creation tool.
3. Identifying relevant images, 3D assets referring to a TCS-subscribed/TCS-created image bank or sources online if the image bank does not have the visual asset for the created questions.
4. Clearly indicating any modifications or hotspots/highlights to images, 3D models (as notes in the storyboard) required to make visual assets fit for use in a cartridge.
5. Reviewing visual asset(s) created/recreated modified by the graphic artist.
6. Incorporating reviewer changes.
7. Keeping the storyboard up to date with the latest changes.
8. Reviewing and signing off the integrated product.
9. Building effective assignments and assessments based on the learner level
10. Comprehending suitable approach with respect to the subject matter in sync with education game building team
11. Working with Instructional Designer to build the Storyboard, activities, and compelling course content
12. Periodically update own subject matter knowledge
13. Keeping updated with latest education policy release like NEP
14. Create various learning content samples to demonstrate as POC
15. Analyze and apply latest trends and best practices in learning technologies
