Hiring: Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions.
- Work with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Configure work patterns, shifts, scheduling groups, self-scheduling, and schedule publishing.
- Integrate and support Absence Management and Oracle Time & Labor processes.
- Troubleshoot complex workforce scheduling scenarios and provide effective solutions.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production issues.
- Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impacts on scheduling processes.
- Provide user training and support business teams during implementation and adoption.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Workforce Scheduling projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor, Absence Management, and workforce scheduling.
- Experience configuring:
- Work Patterns
- Shifts
- Scheduling Groups
- Self-Scheduling
- Schedule Publishing
- Experience with global implementations, UAT, production support, and quarterly Oracle releases.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end workforce scheduling processes.
- Implementation leadership and consulting experience.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
