Key Responsibilities – Junior Production Engineer (2–4 Years Experience)
- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Monitor and operate fabrication machinery such as wire bending, mesh welding, laser cutting, press brake, and welding machines.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and stores teams for smooth production flow.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
- Troubleshoot basic production and process issues on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports and daily shift records.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and machine upkeep.
- Identify opportunities to reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
