About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students, manage admission enquiries, and convert leads into successful admissions. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with students and parents, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiries.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
