We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online marketplace accounts, improve product visibility, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online marketplaces, product listings, inventory management, promotions, and performance analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage and maintain seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
- Ensure listing compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve performance-related issues.
Product & Catalog Management
- Upload and maintain product catalogs, variations, attributes, and specifications.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for better search visibility.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for product images, A+ Content, and brand stores.
Sales & Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace performance.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Implement promotional campaigns, coupons, deals, and discounts.
- Work closely with PPC teams to improve advertising performance.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Track stock movement and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure timely order processing and shipment coordination.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and listing suppression issues.
Customer Service & Account Support
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and feedback management.
- Monitor product reviews and implement strategies to improve ratings.
- Address account-related notifications and policy violations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon FBA, FBM, and marketplace advertising.
- Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar e-commerce tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce.
- Experience in managing multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
