Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Engineer to manage construction site activities, supervise execution work, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with project teams for timely completion of projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in handling civil construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Verify measurements and bills of contractors/vendors.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and project records.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with planning, billing, QA/QC, and procurement departments.
- Maintain project timelines and support timely project completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Experience in building, highway, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
