Finance Manager
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 / month
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with strong MBA Finance knowledge and hands-on experience in handling finance operations for Academies or Educational Institutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent financial management skills, stakeholder coordination ability, and deep understanding of institutional financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and ensure smooth financial performance
- Handle fee management, vendor payments, payroll, and institutional financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with all finance-related stakeholders and partners
- Provide financial insights and strategic support for management decisions
- Supervise and guide the accounts team effectively
Requirements
- MBA in Finance is mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in Academies or Educational Institutions
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reporting
- Good knowledge of stakeholder management and financial coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
