Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets for vegetable seed products, expanding the dealer/distributor network, conducting market development activities, and building strong relationships with farmers and channel partners to drive business growth.
Achieve sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and product trials.
Promote vegetable seed hybrids/varieties and support product adoption.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and returns.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, crop trends, and customer needs.
Provide technical support and agronomic guidance to farmers and channel partners.
Submit regular sales, collection, and market reports.
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture, MBA/PGDBM (Agri-Business), or PGDRM
Experience: 2–5 years in vegetable seed sales or agricultural input sales.
Knowledge of vegetable crops and seed business.
Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to conduct demonstrations and farmer engagement programs.
Result-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
Good understanding of agricultural marketing and distribution channels.
