Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Customer Service Executives
- Handle customer calls and ensure quality service
- Monitor daily activities, feedback, and reporting
- Train and mentor team members
- Track performance and drive process improvements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in customer service/tele-calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
