Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Telecalling & Accounts Executive to manage client communication along with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling & Client Handling:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Accounts & Billing:
- Maintain daily accounts (cash and bank entries)
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Record expenses and maintain basic bookkeeping
- Assist with GST entries and coordinate with accountant
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Schedule meetings and maintain call records
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / Degree or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally / Excel preferred)
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
