About the Internship
SDM Infotech Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic UGC Video Creator Intern who is interested in creating engaging short-form video content for brands and businesses.
The intern will be involved in the complete video creation process — from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, AI video creation, and publishing-ready content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create UGC-style videos for clients and social media platforms.
- Participate in on-location video shoots at client offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, and other businesses.
- Shoot videos using mobile phones/cameras with proper framing, lighting, and audio.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop video concepts, hooks, scripts, and storyboards.
- Record and coordinate voiceovers, dialogues, product demonstrations, and customer-style testimonials.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Create and edit videos using AI video-generation tools such as Gemini and other relevant AI tools.
- Use AI for video generation, avatars, voiceovers, subtitles, backgrounds, visuals, and creative enhancement.
- Combine real video footage with AI-generated content when required.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, branding, and calls-to-action.
- Understand current Instagram Reels and UGC trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Work with the Digital Marketing and Creative team to create content according to client requirements.
- Maintain organized video footage, project files, and final creatives.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in UGC, Reels, short-form video, and social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and mobile photography.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging video concepts.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for shoots.
- Basic understanding of Instagram/Facebook content.
- Interest in learning AI video creation and AI content-generation tools.
Good to Have
- Experience creating Instagram Reels or UGC videos.
- Knowledge of CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / Canva.
- Experience with Gemini or other AI video-generation tools.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, audio recording, and camera/mobile shooting.
- Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating with models/actors.
- Portfolio of Reels, UGC videos, or other video content.
