We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into powerful visual experiences across digital and offline platforms.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-converting marketing creatives, social media campaigns, event branding, educational content designs, advertisements, presentations, and visual assets that strengthen our brands and improve campaign performance.
You will work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Content, and Video teams to bring campaigns to life.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Creatives
- Design Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and campaign creatives.
- Create high-converting lead generation creatives.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
Social Media Design
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and thumbnails.
- Create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support community engagement campaigns with creative assets.
Event & Campaign Branding
- Design banners, standees, brochures, certificates, invitation cards, and event kits.
- Create branding systems for workshops, seminars, movie nights, scholarship tests, and student events.
- Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Educational Content Design
- Design worksheets, study materials, roadmaps, student handbooks, and learning resources.
- Convert complex educational concepts into visually appealing formats.
Presentation & Corporate Design
- Design investor decks, proposals, pitch presentations, and internal reports.
- Create infographics and data visualizations.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and video editors.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and launches.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas and design trends.

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to:
- Independently design campaign creatives.
- Improve creative output speed and quality.
- Contribute new design concepts for major campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams.

- Can create motion graphics and animated ads.
- Have experience designing for educational brands.
- Have worked on high-volume Meta advertising campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and creative workflows.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
