In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain compliance and performance, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support secure cloud adoption and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and standards to safeguard organizational assets.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall security capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture seamlessly into business processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
- Experience with security control documentation and operational transition processes.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their security features to ensure robust protection.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive security initiatives and maintain compliance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
