We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to lead end-to-end testing delivery for Insurance applications, with a strong focus on functional, end-to-end (E2E), and integration testing. This role will drive quality across complex, multi-system environments and ensure successful releases through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
Own and drive end-to-end testing delivery across projects/programs
Define test strategy, test plans, and estimation aligned to business requirements
Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, E2E, and integration testing
Oversee testing across core systems, APIs, and third-party integrations
Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
Ensure data validation and business rule verification across systems
Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and DevOps teams
Manage test environments and test data strategy
Monitor quality metrics, risks, and dependencies; provide proactive mitigation
Support UAT cycles and business validation
Drive automation adoption for regression and critical business flows
Manage and mentor QA teams, including leads and engineers
Ensure traceability, compliance, and audit readiness
Strong experience in functional testing (E2E and integration testing)
Solid experience in test management, planning, and delivery ownership
Experience in API testing and integration validation
Good understanding of data validation
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
Exposure to automation frameworks/tools (Selenium or similar)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage large, complex testing programs with multiple dependencies
Leverage

Test optimization and intelligent regression selection
Requirement analysis and impact assessment
Drive adoption of automation-first testing approach
Exposure to test data management and synthetic data generation tools
Ensure integration of QA within CI/CD pipelines (shift-left approach)
10–14 years of experience in QA/Testing
Strong experience in Insurance domain
Proven experience managing QA teams and large-scale testing delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Agile, fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Integration-heavy, API-driven insurance systems
Focus on quality engineering transformation (automation + AI adoption)
Successful delivery of releases with strong E2E and integration quality coverage
