Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automobile Technician with 1–2 years of experience to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and be committed to delivering efficient and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and perform diagnostic checks to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, wheel alignment checks, and scheduled servicing.
- Repair or replace defective components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, steering systems, batteries, and electrical parts.
- Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to troubleshoot vehicle faults accurately.
- Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards.
- Conduct road tests before and after repairs, when required, to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Maintain accurate job records and update repair status in the dealership management system (DMS).
- Ensure all repairs are completed within the allocated turnaround time.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor for customer approval.
- Participate in technical training programs to stay updated on new vehicle models, technologies, and repair techniques.
Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, or Certification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an Automobile Technician or Service Technician.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
