Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated HR recruiter to assist in the recruitment process of the company. The responsibilities of the HR recruiter will include assisting the HR team with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, identifying potential hires, and screening applications.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
