Role Overview
As an entry-level ERPNext Consultant at Sanskar Technolab, you will partner with clients to gather business requirements, document processes, and assist in configuring and deploying ERPNext solutions. You’ll support day-to-day implementation activities and ensure that projects stay on schedule, while continuously developing your technical and functional skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Conduct discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders
Elicit, validate, and document business processes and functional requirements
Maintain a clear, structured repository of requirements, process maps, and user stories
Solution Configuration & Testing
Configure ERPNext modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing) per documented requirements
Assist in setting up custom fields, forms, workflows, and reports
Support unit and user-acceptance testing (UAT), document test cases, and track defects
Client Interaction & Communication
Provide daily status updates to clients and internal teams
Facilitate virtual or on-site meetings to review progress, showcase demos, and collect feedback
Prepare clear, polished presentations and training materials
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Write and maintain basic server-side scripts in Python for customizations or data migrations
Assist with database queries (MariaDB/MySQL) to extract, validate, or migrate data
Troubleshoot configuration issues and work with senior consultants to resolve complex problems
Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing
Stay up to date with ERPNext releases, best practices, and Frappe Framework developments
Contribute to internal knowledge base: write how-to guides, FAQs, and tips for common tasks
Participate in team code reviews and knowledge-share sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients
Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
Basic proficiency in Python scripting
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL queries, schema understanding)
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
Logical analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Recruitment Model
6-Month Internship
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Structured on-the-job training in Python scripting, SQL database work, and ERPNext configuration
Regular performance reviews
Full-Time Offer (Post-Internship)
CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum
Must commit to a 3-year service agreement
Bond: ₹5,00,000 payable if early separation before 3 years.
