Job Description: Sales-Cum-Delivery Executive
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales-Cum-Delivery Executive to strengthen our FMCG operations across Goa. This role combines frontline sales with efficient delivery, ensuring our products reach vendors, retailers, and distributors while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by promoting FMCG products to vendors, retailers, and distributors along assigned routes.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods across Goa.
- Verify order details, collect payments when required, and maintain accurate records (invoices/challans).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales or delivery, preferably within FMCG or logistics, is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
- Strong knowledge of routes and navigation across Goa.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support sales activities.
- Education: No bar – candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome.
Compensation
Salary as per market standards, with performance-based incentives.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
