- Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Dealing with TYRE AND VEHICLE OEM AND THEIR DEALER DISTRIBUTOR
- Dealing with TYRE SHOP'S AND CAR WORKSHOP'S
- Generating & Meeting Demand
- Complete exposure to Product development, Pricing, and Launch.
- Managing Sales and Sales Support, Project Sales.
- Heading and responsible for Overall Sales, Collections, Gross Margins, and P & L for the different Branches.
- Handling a team of professionals and Coordinating with different departments of the company.
- To direct the sales Team and establish distribution and Merchandising activities in line with the Business Plan.
- To the captain, lead, coach, and mentor team for thinking and achieving big results with optimum resources
- Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirements and coordinate with Logistics for the same.
- Increase the share of revenue in all identified markets through Channel, Direct Projects, and productivity enhancement of distribution.
- Expertise in market trade planning and execution on minimum costing.
- Implement strategic goals for marketing campaigns; serve as project manager.
- Strategize with senior management to market new products
- Scheme building to attract the customer for better sales building
- Building new clients while maintaining & engaging the existing associates with relationship-building techniques and recognition
- Ensuring a smooth end-to-end supply chain process
- Rewards and recognition, training & coaching for the team for motivation & engagement
- Exploring the opportunities and managing the brand stalls during Expos & exhibitions
- Involved in the audit process of material to ensure high standards product delivered in the market
- Integral part in all the verticals like project Sales, Branding, MIS. As the setup is new.
- Increased business objectives and benchmarks through training, field contacts, BTL activities, and marketing.

Salary: Up to ₹5,00,000.00 per year
