Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, and support business growth by promoting products/services and generating leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally Generate leads and follow up on prospects Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with the sales team for conversions Provide accurate information about company offerings Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred) Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil is a plus) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure Strong convincing and negotiation skills Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Freshers can also apply Key Skills: Communication & Interpersonal Skills Persuasion & Negotiation Active Listening Time Management
