Department: Production
Reporting To: PPIC Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC Executive to support production planning and inventory management activities. The candidate will coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production flow, proper stock management, and timely availability of materials.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans.
Maintain inventory and stock records accurately.
Monitor raw material and finished goods availability.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams.
Update production and inventory reports in Excel/ERP systems.
Track material consumption and stock movement.
Support dispatch and production scheduling activities.
Prepare MIS reports and data analysis reports.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. Mathematics)
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Salary- Negotiable (open for discussion)
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with good analytical and calculation skills.
Timing- 9:30am-18:00pm
Transportation-Bus facility available from HalDwani
