Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their real estate requirements and provide relevant solutions.
Conduct site visits and property demonstrations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by maximum converting leads into bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Participate actively in weekend events and site visits to maximize client engagement.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate domain.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on weekends as per industry requirements.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is preferred.
