We are looking for a motivated Telecalling & Sales Executive to handle inquiries for our K-SMART building permit and engineering consultancy services. The role involves contacting leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, understanding client requirements, and converting inquiries into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads
- Understand customer requirements related to building permits, house plans, and engineering services.
- Qualify and convert inquiries into potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and consultations for the technical team.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹29,139.56 per month
