Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled professionals to join our team as Technical Executives for delivering training in AutoCAD and PLC & SCADA. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on AutoCAD and PLC & SCADA.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students on projects, technical concepts, and industry practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve technical queries and support students throughout the training.
- Maintain attendance, batch records, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth batch execution.
Required Skills
AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.
PLC & SCADA
- Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with HMI, Industrial Automation, Sensors, Actuators, and VFDs.
- Exposure to PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, or equivalent is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of industry or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
