Job Role: Interior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle high-value residential and commercial interior projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design and pricing proposals
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and referrals into confirmed projects
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and site teams for smooth execution
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the interior design industry
- Strong knowledge of residential and modular interiors
- Excellent client handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Flexible to work on weekends when required
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore as needed
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
