- Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, advance tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory financial reports.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and GST auditors.
- Manage audit requirements and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and bank balances.
- Review vendor payments, customer collections, expenses, and purchase transactions.
- Monitor inventory accounting for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Work with production and costing teams to monitor product and batch-wise costing.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, material consumption, wastage, overheads, and production variances.
- Monitor inventory valuation and identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock.
- Review purchase and sales transactions for proper accounting and documentation.
- Ensure proper accounting of R&D, quality-control, regulatory, manufacturing, and other pharma-related expenses.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and identify areas of financial risk.
- Coordinate with banks, insurance companies, consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Support management in financial planning, cost reduction, and business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
