Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and customers to arrange freight transportation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with transportation providers.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximise profitability.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Learn industry processes, freight management systems, and company procedures.
Eligibility

- Graduation in any field.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.
