Location: Mumbai
Shift: Australian Shift (2:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST)
Experience: 1 to 5Years
Qualification: Graduate and above
Joining: Immediate joiners / up to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service and mortgage servicing queries
Manage loan maintenance, closures, discharges, payments, and data updates
Coordinate with solicitors, brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to TAT
Identify and escalate risks where applicable
Skills & Experience:
Experience in Mortgage Servicing / Banking / Financial Services
Knowledge of Australian mortgage products and processes preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail
Eligibility:
Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
Willingness to work in Australian shifts
Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory to have
