Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle room reservations and booking confirmations smoothly.
- Attend to guest calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Address guest complaints and resolve concerns while ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area.
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression of the property.
- Assist guests with room allocation, upgrades, and special requests.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Monitor room availability and update reservation systems regularly.
- Ensure all guest records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Support management in handling VIP guests and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams when required.
