Commis 1

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
Commis 2
Responsibilities:
- Support the Commis 1 in food preparation and cooking.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic cooking tasks.
- Follow kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Some experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
Commis 3
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
- Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking of food.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen staff in daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimal to no previous experience required.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in ordering and managing kitchen inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
