Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Timings: Mon–Sat | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Client Servicing Executive with 6 month to 1 year of experience in client relationship management, preferably from the event industry.
If someone is not from event background and have 1-2 years for calling exp. can also try
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client & guest communication for events
- Handle client servicing and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships
- Travel across India for meetings and event coordination
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
