What You’ll Do
- Connect and build relationships with restaurants, cafés, and hospitality partners
- Meet restaurant owners/managers for partnership discussions
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions
- Maintain client records, follow-ups, and reports in Excel
- Coordinate with potential partners and support business expansion activities
- Conduct market visits and maintain regular client engagement
What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident and presentable personality
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
✔ Good coordination and follow-up abilities
✔ Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions
✔ Comfortable with local travel within Tricity
✔ Candidates from BPO/KPO, customer support, client servicing, hospitality, or coordination background are encouraged to apply
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- 0–3 years of experience in client handling, hospitality, coordination, marketing, or business development preferred
