We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee performance data.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.
