Job Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online admission leads
- Provide career guidance and academic counselling for Plus Two students, degree graduates, and job seekers
- Explain Aviation Courses, Cabin Crew Courses, Logistics Courses, Hospital Administration Courses, OET Coaching, IELTS Coaching, and Spoken English Programs
- Convert admission enquiries into successful student admissions
- Support students and parents with course selection and career opportunities
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Telecalling, or Student Support
- Ability to convert leads into admissions
- Passion for career counselling and student interaction
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
