Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate web and mobile application projects across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and smooth project execution.
You will be responsible for tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, coordinating tasks, and supporting the Project Manager in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of Web & Mobile projects (MERN, Flutter, React Native, AI-based solutions)
Act as a single point of contact between internal teams and clients
Gather, analyze, and document project requirements and scope
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers
Monitor daily progress and ensure on-time delivery of milestones
Conduct daily/weekly follow-ups with development and design teams
Identify risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate proactively
Assist in client communication, demos, and status reporting
Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and reports
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process workflows
Required Skills & Expertise
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Executive in IT
- Strong understanding of:
Web Technologies: MERN Stack
Mobile Technologies: Flutter, React Native
AI-based applications (basic workflow understanding)
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience working with development teams and clients
- Strong command of English (verbal & written)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to client handling and requirement analysis
Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, and deployment workflows
- Experience in startup or IT services environment
