- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Strong understanding of storage architecture and data management principles.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining storage infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to storage systems.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery processes within storage environments.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and capacity planning for storage networks.
